Weekly Summit Maths Academy Challenge: Terms & Conditions

- Promoter: Summit Maths Academy ("the Promoter"). Summit Maths Academy is a registered business name (RBN 770371) of a partnership between Radek Dulny and Harry Gilmartin, established in Ireland. Contact: hello@summitmathsacademy.ie.
- Prize: One €50 One4all gift card per weekly competition.
- Eligibility: Open to residents of Ireland aged 16 or over. Summit Maths Academy partners, tutors and their immediate families may not enter.
- How to enter: Participants must submit an answer to the question published on the Summit Maths Academy TikTok account by emailing summitmathssocial@gmail.com before the stated closing time.
- Correct answers: Only entries containing the correct answer will be eligible for the draw. The Promoter's decision on which answers are correct is final.
- One entry per person per weekly competition.
- Closing time: 8pm each Sunday, unless otherwise stated.
- Winner: One eligible winner will be selected at random from all eligible correct entries.
- Announcement: The winner will be contacted by email and announced on the Summit Maths Academy TikTok account by first name only.
- Unclaimed prizes: If the winner does not reply within 7 days of being contacted, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn from the remaining eligible correct entries.
- Prize delivery: The €50 One4all voucher will be sent to the winner electronically. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable. If the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
- No purchase necessary.
- TikTok: This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, TikTok.
- Changes: The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel a competition where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary. Any change will be announced on the Summit Maths Academy TikTok account.
- Marketing: Entering the competition does not automatically subscribe participants to Summit Maths Academy marketing communications. Participants may separately opt in to receive marketing communications.
- Data protection: Personal data submitted for the competition will be processed for administering the competition and handled in accordance with Summit Maths Academy's Privacy Policy.
- Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
